Partner Spotlight

Seattle Works connects individuals with volunteer opportunities across the region and trains the leaders of tomorrow. As an organization, they are committed to equity and inclusion, and they know that

representation is key to the success of environmental organizations.
They recognize that these organizations need to be led by the individuals who are the most impacted by climate change, so they will be conducting a Board Diversity training program for 40-60 individuals from marginalized communities.

In doing so, they will advance and increase representation at the highest level of organizations in the environmental justice movement.
